So it’s that time… you will have buckets of Halloween candy in your house that you’ve been digging into every night, and you’re looking ahead to that Thanksgiving weekend of parties, festivities, family, stress, and of course, tons of food. In this discussion event we’ll chat with Kris, a certified health coach, about how to make it through the holidays without that over-indulging guilt.  You’ll leave with strategies for enjoying eating during the holidays you may even start January 2018 without making a weight loss resolution!
Kris is a certified health coach that helps women change the way they do health. By helping women remove the shame and guilt from eating and discovering what is healthy for them.  She is the founder of and host of The Everyday Woman Podcast.
